Get to Know Us
My name is Rebecca Holloway, but you can call me Becky! I was born and raised right here in South Jersey, and I’m a proud 2nd generation Rutgers Camden graduate. For over 20 years, I’ve worked as a marketing professional, and today, I run my own marketing consulting practice, helping businesses of all sizes and industries reach their growth goals. I’m a mom to 3 teens and, in my free time, I love spending time in nature, birdwatching and gardening. I'm also a former member of the Clementon Board of Education.
When COVID hit, like many of you, I found myself confused, scared, and uncertain about the future. But when George Floyd was murdered by police on Memorial Day 2020, it sparked something in me. I knew I had to get involved and be part of the movement to change our broken systems. What started as organizing Clementon’s first march for racial justice that summer quickly grew into a deep, unshakable passion for activism, advocacy, and accountability.
As I dug deeper into New Jersey politics, especially here in Camden County, I was shocked by what I found. I learned about the unchecked power of the Norcross machine and how it’s driven up the cost of living for hardworking taxpayers like you and me. I watched as party insiders rigged elections, shuffling candidates into positions and bypassing the will of the people. In 2022, I was personally involved in having phantom candidates removed from the ballot.
The corruption and cronyism that have dominated South Jersey politics for decades need to end. That’s why Kevin Ryan and I are running. We’re committed to government transparency, election integrity, economic fairness, and the fundamental right to healthcare and education. A new day for New Jersey is finally here, and together, we can make it happen!

Meet Becky
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
Margaret Mead
Meet Coach Kev
"The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing."
Albert Einstein
My name is Kevin Ryan, and I’m proud to call South Jersey my home. I graduated from Bishop Eustace Prep in 1994 and earned my chemistry degree from Dickinson College, where I also ran track and cross-country. Later, I earned a Master of Science in engineering from George Washington University, driven by a passion for solving complex problems.
The events of September 11, 2001, inspired me to dedicate my early career to national security and public service. After relocating to Washington, D.C., in 1998, I had the opportunity to address some of the nation's most critical security challenges. At the Joint Warfare Analysis Center, I developed mathematical models to guide precision military targeting. Partnering with the Department of Homeland Security, I created risk assessment tools to help cities prepare for terrorist threats against infrastructure. Additionally, I co-authored a methodology for evaluating the risk associated with the illicit transportation of radiological and nuclear materials into the United States by adversaries.
In the private sector, I’ve applied these skills to empower organizations with data-driven insights. Currently, I lead a team as Director of Business Intelligence at Wolters Kluwer Health, driving innovation across sales, marketing, and product development.
Beyond work, I’m a proud husband to Nicole and father to our three sons: Noah, Drew, and Grant. I’ve been a community leader as a board member of the Voorhees Soccer Association and have coached over 250 youth soccer games as “Coach Kev.”
Now, I’m bringing my dedication to the New Jersey General Assembly. Together with Becky, I’m focused on government transparency, economic opportunity, and security. I believe in tackling tough challenges head-on to create a New Jersey where every family can thrive.
Soccer Coach
I’ve coached Voorhees soccer for the last 9 years and been on the sidelines for 250+ games.
Corn Packer
My first job was at 13 years old packing corn at Johnson’s corner farm in Medford.
Racing Memories
A favorite memory was watching horse races with my grandfather at the Garden State Park.
Donut Lover
I’m obsessed with donuts, especially Jack’s Donuts in Lindenwold.
